Most orders will ship within 3 to 4 weeks.

Do you ship outside of the United States? We are doing our best to determine ways to get our kits shipped to the various different parts of the world. Please use our contact us page for any questions you may have.

What are the shipping charges for shipping outside of the United States? Please e-mail us with your order request and we will calculate the cost of shipping. Your shipping cost is determined by the size, weight and destination of your order. Note: this cost will not include any taxes or duties that may be charged by customs in your country.

How long till I get my order? Our kits are made on an order by order basis. Once we receive your order the parts are cut, the plan is printed and canopy* is pulled. It is then boxed up and shipped, in most cases in about 14 working day. Transit time for shipping is in addition to.

How can I change or cancel an order? Please email us as soon as possible with your request. Once an order is shipped we are no longer able to make changes or cancel your order.

What is your return policy? We do not accept returns of product ordered through this website. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your order. Once the order has shipped, the order is considered a sale and all sales are final. 

If you receive an order and there is an error (wrong or missing kits) or a problem (broken wood or missing parts) with the order, we will do our best to take care of the situation and send you the correct/replacement parts.

Prototype Purchase

When purchasing a prototype you are agreeing to share; through written, verbal and photographic means, your building process with PTAviation for the purposes of insuring the parts, plan and associated items are appropriately sized and shaped to complete the kit.

Privacy Policy

We are the owners of any information we collect. We only collect the information you share with us via this website, e-mails, letters and phone calls. We will not share, rent or sell your information to any third parties. We will use this information to communicate, respond and ship to you. We may on occasion contact you in the future to share new product/services information, unless you ask us not to.
